The Schertz Police Department is investigating after a man in his 20s was found shot to death in his vehicle. The shooting was reported on Friday evening at the Sycamore Creed Apartments on Elbel Road. Officers found the man dead of a gunshot wound inside a gray sedan. A witness told officers a man in a black hoodie and red shorts had run away from the scene.
