Texas Governor Greg Abbott is set to address the recent power outages across the state tonight. The address is set for 6 p.m. to discuss the almost week-long outage and the recovery effort from last week's winter storms. The Electric Reliability Council of Texas called for rolling outages, saying they kept the state's power grid from suffering a months-long failure. Five ERCOT board members, including the chair and vice chair, resigned on Tuesday.
