Border Patrol Stops Three Human Smuggling Attempts In South Texas

The Border Patrol says 230 people are in custody after three human smuggling attempts were intercepted in south Texas over the weekend. Laredo Sector agents explained all three instances involved semi trucks and American drivers, who were also arrested. The illegal immigrants found inside the trailers were from Brazil, Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador and Honduras. The agency noted most of the people they found weren't wearing masks or social distancing. The trucks and trailers were also seized.
