Houston Mayor Calling For Help In His City's Recovery

Houston's mayor says his city needs more plumbing materials and labor as they deal with many broken water pipes across the area. On CBS's Face The Nation, Democrat Sylvester Turner says the water system pressure has been normalized and they hope to lift the boil order soon. He says the events of the past week were foreseeable and preventable. Turner is calling for weatherizing the Texas electric system and opening up the grid to other states so they can get help if it's ever needed again.
