Millions remain without drinkable water today in Texas amid the freezing weather. More than 1,300 public water systems have reported service disruptions affecting more than 15-million people according to the state Commission on Environmental Quality. Nearly 189 counties are under a Boil Water Notice. This comes as power is being restored across the state, with only about 85-thousand people still experiencing an outage. Temperatures are expected to start warming into the 50s and 60s this afternoon for parts of the state.
