Gas prices are expected to climb across the country after a huge winter storm knocked out refineries in Texas. AAA Texas says the average price for a gallon of unleaded went up to about $2.54 on Wednesday. That's up two cents from the previous day. The price is expected to go up another ten-to-20-cents in the coming days, after about a dozen refineries were shut down by this week's winter storm. Analysts predict gas prices will average about $2.70 per gallon within days.
