The winter storm is resulting in likely delays in local mail delivery. United States Postal Service officials announced on Wednesday that some deliveries are "temporarily" suspended in the Rio Grande District service area, which includes San Antonio. Officials listed 16 ZIP Codes that are affected by the suspension because of bad weather conditions and power outages. Mail processing facilities aren't affected by the delivery suspension.
