Bond reduction is denied for an accused murderer in San Antonio. A judge on Wednesday denied 24-year-old Jacob Embrey's request to reduce his 200-thousand-dollar bond. Embrey is accused of the fatal shooting of 33-year-old Daniel Ramirez in an argument in the parking lot of a motel on Southwest Loop 410 near Marbach Road last June. Police say they suspect the argument was drug-related. The judge based her denial on testimony about Embrey's criminal record.
