A San Antonio man is under arrest after leading Castle Hills police on an early morning chase that ended with a crash. Police say 20-year-old Gage Harts refused to pull over for officers at about 2:30 a.m. Wednesday on Blanco Road near Loop 410. The resulting chase through Harmony Hills reached speeds of 90 miles per hour. Harts smashed into a parked car on Ramsey Road near San Pedro Avenue. He's expected to be charged with evading arrest, drug possession, and intoxication assault, because his female passenger was injured.
