Dejounte Murray had a double-double for the Spurs in victory, with 11 points and 11 rebounds.
The Spurs move to 10-and-8. Jayson Tatum had 25 points for Boston in defeat, followed by Jaylen Brown's 24. The Celtics fall to 10-and-7.
