Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton says he plans to do whatever he can to counter Biden administration policies he considers lawless. Paxton tweeted a message Wednesday to congratulate Joe Biden on Inauguration Day. He then promised Texans to challenge the "unconstitutional and illegal actions" he expects of the Biden White House, and to push back against "federal overreach that infringes on Texans' rights." Paxton's office filed more than two-dozen lawsuits opposing various policies of President Barack Obama.
