Texas Removes Planned Parenthood From Medicaid

Thousands of low-income patients in Texas are looking for new doctors after the state removed Planned Parenthood from Medicaid. There's already a shortage of doctors in Texas who accept Medicaid because of the state's low payment rates. The pandemic has complicated matters by leading to long waiting lists. The state health commission says Planned Parenthood's Medicaid patients have until February 3rd to find new doctors.
