A House impeachment manager says the team he's a part of is ready to go when President Trump's second Senate trial begins. Congressman Joaquin Castro tells ABC's This Week the House members charged with presenting the case will do whatever they need to make sure the case is laid out. The Texas Democrat also left open the possibility of Trump himself testifying since the case centers around him. Castro added that the House managers plan to pursue every possible vote in the Senate. Castro has been named as one of the House impeachment managers charged with presenting the chamber's case to senators.
