Texas Democratic Congressman Henry Cuellar supports the idea of a second impeachment of President Donald Trump. Cuellar says he feels the President egged on the people who rioted at the U.S. Capitol last week. Cuellar says the House can move quickly, but they don't know what the Senate will do. He says Republican Senators can slow-walk any impeachment, because the GOP controls the majority for a few more weeks. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi would first have to call the House back into session.
