Starting today, VIA Metropolitan Transit is offering free transportation to or from a city or county-sponsored vaccination site. The mass vaccination sites are set up at the Alamodome, the Wonderland of the Americas Mall, and other locations. Regular bus riders and VIA Link passengers present their appointment registration on the day of their appointment. Registered VIAtrans riders must schedule their trip by phone or online. The free rides last until further notice.
