Jared Goff threw for 155 yards and a touchdown in relief of an injured John Wolford as the Rams beat the Seahawks 30-20 in Seattle. Cam Akers ran for 131 yards and a touchdown while hauling in two catches for 45 yards for LA. Cooper Kupp had four catches for 78 yards while Robert Woods had four catches for 48 yards and a touchdown in the win. Russell Wilson threw for 174 yards, two touchdowns and a pick-six interception in the loss, Seattle's first home playoff loss since 2004. DK Metcalf caught five balls for 96 yards and two scores in the loss.
