Pandemic Protocols To Be In Place At Valero Alamo Bowl

Alamodome

City officials say pandemic protocols will be in place at next week's Valero Alamo Bowl. Mayor Ron Nirenberg says Metro Health is working with the Alamodome staff to make sure the arena's capacity is reduced to enable social distancing. There will be temperature checks, sanitation stations, touchless concessions, and a mask mandate. The NCAA will keep an eye on the results, since it's talking with the city about bringing the women's basketball tournament to the Alamodome in March and April.
