Metro Health officials reported 1,283 new coronavirus cases on Monday, bringing the overall number of cases since the pandemic began to 103,447 in Bexar County.
Officials reported five new deaths, raising the county's death toll to a thousand-460. The number of hospitalizations rose to 889. More than 84-thousand patients have recovered.
City and county officials say they have no plans for a Christmas curfew, but they're advising Bexar County residents to keep away from public gatherings.
