Mayor: Steps Being Taken To Keep Alamo Bowl From Being Super-Spreader

Mayor Ron Nirenberg says precautions are being taken to make sure the Alamo Bowl doesn't turn into a super-spreader event. The mayor says the Alamodome will be allowed to hold only 17-percent of its capacity, or about 11-thousand people, in order to allow for social distancing among the fans. He says the Alamodome has been equipped with Plexiglas barriers and sanitizing stations. Nirenberg says masks will be mandated for anybody who isn't eating or drinking, and anybody who doesn't comply will be tossed out.
