Texas Attorney General Files Lawsuit Against Google

Department Of Justice Expected To Launch New Anti-Trust Investigation Of Google

Texas is suing Google on claims it's manipulating the market and destroying competition. Attorney General Ken Paxton announced the suit today on social media saying it's targeting the tech company because its Google Ads platform illegally takes money from webpages for its own gain. Paxton also says Google has made itself the head of online advertising by destroying the competition. Texas joined a federal lawsuit against Google-parent company Alphabet Inc. in October.
