Dallas Cowboys coach Mike McCarthy is promising he's spoken to the team about better effort during games. McCarthy told reporters he reminded players yesterday about the importance of not just playing hard through the fourth quarter but also throughout the game. The Cowboys defense has been criticized for appearing to give up against Baltimore on Tuesday. Dallas faces Cincinnati on Sunday.
