Eighteen states are filing a "friend of court" with the U.S. Supreme Court over Texas' presidential election lawsuit. The states say Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton raised important constitutional questions on whether fraud played a major part in the results in Wisconsin, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Michigan. President Donald Trump lost all four states to Joe Biden last month. The attorneys general are citing issues with mail-in or absentee voting as why they think justices should hold arguments on Texas' suit.
