Police are investigating after a 14-year-old boy was fatally shot while walking his dog. Officers say the teen was wounded at least three times in the torso while walking along West Gerald near Pleasanton Road on Sunday night. The boy was taken to the Brooke Army Medical Center in critical condition, and he was later pronounced dead. There have been no arrests. The suspect was reportedly driving a light-colored sedan.
