The Dallas Cowboys are mourning the death of Strength and Conditioning Coach Markus Paul. The team says Paul passed away today at a North Texas hospital a day after collapsing at The Star in Frisco yesterday.
Owner Jerry Jones called Paul a family member who was a calming influence on the organization.
The Cowboys released a statement saying it extends its prayers and support to the Paul family and that the team will recognize and remember Paul prior to tomorrow's Thanksgiving Day game against Washington.
Paul was 54.
