A man is recovering in the hospital after a neighbor reportedly shot him in the leg on Sunday night. Police say two families were barbecuing on Pecan Valley Drive near Quig Drive when a man from each family got into a fight. The two families had reportedly squabbled in the past. Officers say the suspect, a man in his 20s, shot the victim, a man in his 30s, in the right thigh and then left the scene with the gun. The victim was taken to University Hospital with a non-life threatening gunshot wound.
