The U.S. Postal Service is announcing the discovery of more than 800 mail-in ballots in Texas mail processing facilities on Tuesday and Wednesday. A federal judge had ordered the Postal Service to search its facilities for mail-in ballots that hadn't yet been delivered to county election officials. Another judge had issued a similar order on Tuesday concerning 12 districts nationwide, but the Postal Service missed the 3 p.m. deadline. Of the 815 undelivered ballots found in Texas, 50 were in San Antonio, and the rest were in cities around the state.
