AAA Texas says the statewide average price for a gallon of regular unleaded gas fell to its lowest level since early August on Thursday. The AAA Texas Weekend Gas Watch says the statewide average is a $1.84 a gallon. That's three-cents less than a week ago, and 41-cents less than on this day last year. Economic slowdown because of the pandemic is keeping gas prices low. Texas drivers are paying the fourth-lowest gas prices in the country. The average price at the pump in San Antonio is a $1.77.
