The head of Homeland Security is celebrating the completion of the 400th mile of border wall in South Texas. Chad Wolf says the fence is a key part of the multi-layered federal strategy to protect the border. Wolf says the plan is to finish 450 more miles of fencing by the end of the year. He says the wall in the Rio Grande Valley is pushing drug smugglers into areas that are easier to protect. As a result, there's been a 26-percent decrease in drug seizures this year.
