Vice President Mike Pence says there doesn't have to be a choice between supporting law enforcement and supporting people of color. At a campaign rally in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Pence says he and President Trump back the blue. They have no plans to defund the police and want to ensure every city in the U.S. has a law enforcement agency. Pence adds under the Trump administration, there was the lowest unemployment rate ever for Black people and the highest funding for historically Black colleges and universities.
