Dr. Jill Biden, the wife of Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden, will be in Texas on Tuesday to advocate for early voting. Her three-city tour will start in El Paso and continue in Dallas before finishing up in Houston. She will be joined in Houston by Mayor Sylvester Turner, Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo, and Democratic Congress members Sheila Jackson Lee, Al Green, Sylvia Garcia, and Lizzie Fletcher. Early voting in Texas starts on Tuesday.
