Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas says it's lowering health insurance premiums and issuing credits to employers. According to the Houston Chronicle, the insurance company announced cuts to individual and group health insurance rates for 2021, which will save plan-holders 109 million dollars. Blue Cross Blue Shield also said it will issue 104 million dollars in credits to fully-insured Texas employers.
