Four people are dead after a small plane experienced engine trouble and crashed while attempting an emergency landing in Leon County.
The single engine plane crashed near the Hilltop Lakes Airport, Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) Sgt. Erik Burse told CNN.
A witness tells KBTX the plane was flying extremely low to the ground and once the pilot started pulling up the motor stopped turning.
