Some Northside ISD teachers say there may not be enough personal protective equipment in the classroom this fall.
A spokesperson for the Northside American Federation of Teachers says they were given one face shield, a package of 80 alcohol wipes, and an eight-ounce bottle of hand sanitizer. Some of the teachers say that's not enough.
Northside ISD officials say there's plenty of PPE, including gloves, masks, shields, sanitizer and wipes. The district says if teachers need more PPE, they should take it up with their principal.
