Houston Texans owner Janice McNair is giving a million dollars to help people with rent. She announced the donation to Houston's rent assistance program yesterday saying she's glad the city is doing a rent relief program during the coronavirus pandemic.
McNair says it's important to make sure people can stay in their homes and keep families together. Mayor Sylvester Turner announced the 20-million-dollar program earlier this week.
