Three suspects are charged with capital murder in the death of an Austin ice cream vendor. The Austin Police Department said on Tuesday that 18-year-old Marquis Davis, 20-year-old Jermaine Jones, and 19-year-old Devlon Wardy are all in custody.
They're accused of shooting 68-year-old Adelaido Urias as he sold ice cream on June 23rd. Urias died in the hospital about a week later. Jones and Wardy were arrested on Monday. Davis had been picked up earlier on an unrelated charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
