VIA Metropolitan Transit is adjusting its Essential Service Schedule as of July 27th in response to ridership demands. VIA officials made the announcement on Tuesday that the changes are part of an ongoing effort to adapt to changes resulting from the pandemic. The transit company is increasing the frequency of routes with continued high ridership, reducing routes with low ridership, and adjusting others as needed based on changing road conditions.
