Texas To Spend $200 Million On Computers, Internet Access For Students

Texas is putting 200-million-dollars of CARES Act funding towards computers and Internet access for students learning remotely. The money is expected to help nearly two-million children as the Texas Education Agency uses it to provide devices, hotspots and routers. Many districts, like Houston, are offering online learning until it's safe to return to school in person.
