A San Antonio man is under arrest in Hawaii for violating the state's quarantine rules. When 36-year old Chris Coleman arrived in Kauai on the 4th of July, he was told that he would have to stay in his hotel for two weeks because of quarantine rules for Texas tourists. During his stay, he tried to call for a taxi but was told to stay in his room. Coleman started fighting with hotel workers, who called the police. He could face up to a year in prison.
