Houston Mayor Calls Out Three Businesses For Pandemic Noncompliance

Three Houston businesses are now listed on Mayor Sylvester Turner's "Wall of Shame" for refusing to comply with state pandemic guidelines. In a press conference on Monday, Turner thanked bars that have followed Governor Greg Abbott's order to shut down again. He singled out the Spire Night Club on Main Street, Pour Behavior on Travis, and Prospect Park on Fountainview for remaining open. Prospect Park is one of seven Texas bars that had their liquor licenses suspended for 30 days by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission.
