Texas is one of a list of states whose residents will be quarantined if they travel to New York, New Jersey or Connecticut. The three Northeastern states are imposing the two-week quarantine on people from states that have become coronavirus hotspots. The governors of the three states announced the quarantine on Wednesday, and it took effect at midnight. The other quarantined states are Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Utah, and Washington.
