A San Antonio bar is without its liquor license for the next 30 days for reportedly violating state pandemic protocols. The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission shut down Burnhouse, located on North Loop 1604 East, on Monday. The TABC also pulled the license of Soho Lounge in Austin. The bars reportedly failed to limit their indoor capacity or enforce social distancing. The state agency has inspected 3,500 bars and restaurants since the start of May, and has suspended the alcohol permits of only 17 statewide.
