Presumptive presidential nominee Joe Biden is set to be the closing speaker of this year's Texas Democratic Party Convention. The event, which will be held virtually this year, will also have appearances from House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and former Democratic presidential candidates Elizabeth Warren, Kamala Harris, and Beto O'Rourke. The convention is set to begin on Monday, and is being billed as the largest virtual convention in the country.
