New Braunfels Nursing Home Residents, Staff Isolated After Virus Exposure

Some residents and staff members at a New Braunfels nursing home are in isolation after being exposed to the coronavirus. EdenHill Communities confirmed Monday that an outside medical professional who provides services to residents tested positive for the virus. The provider had been in contact with nine residents and several staff members. The New Braunfels Fire Department recently conducted the tests in response to Governor Greg Abbott's requirement to test all nursing home communities in Texas.
