Texas AG Paxton Asks Court To Stop Counties From Issuing Mail-In Ballots

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is asking the state Supreme Court not to allow voters to use mail-in ballots just because they're afraid of catching coronavirus. Five counties have recommended voters use the disability excuse to get absentee ballots. Paxton claims they've overstepped their authority and wants them stopped. The next election in Texas is a July 14th primary runoff.
