Mavericks owner Mark Cuban has hired secret shoppers to frequent business as Dallas is beginning to reopen during the coronavirus pandemic. Cuban believes it is too soon and contracted Shiftsmart to provide data on how businesses, including restaurants, were handling safety protocols.
"It's not good," read the headline on Cuban's Blog.Maverick website. Cuban said he plans to do another study in a couple of weeks.
