The Houston Texans will kick off the NFL season on September 10th, a Thursday primetime matchup at the defending Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs. Houston blew a 24-point lead in a 51-31 playoff loss in January in Kansas City. The Texans will play on Thanksgiving at Detroit. Houston's home opener will be Week 2 when it hosts the Ravens. The Packers will visit NRG Stadium on October 25th.
