El Paso's public health director has resigned. KBDC reports that the city has confirmed that Robert Resendes resigned effective yesterday. The report says he had been on personal leave from April 2nd through May 20th. The report says the El Paso coronavirus fight is being led by the Office of Emergency Management. The report says the health department is under review for possible restructuring.
