H-E-B is expanding its hours of operation starting next week. The company announced on Tuesday that its stores will be open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. as of next Monday. The San Antonio-based supermarket chain had limited its hours from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. during the coronavirus pandemic because shoppers were emptying shelves faster than they could be stocked. Most H-E-B pharmacies will still be open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., as well as their normal weekend hours.
