A man is in custody and charged with capital murder for a deadly shooting on Easter morning. Bexar County deputies arrested 19-year-old Angel Koenigstein on Thursday. Deputies responded early Sunday morning to a reported shooting on Dublin Woods. They found 20-year-old Christian Rietz, who had died after being shot in the back. A teenage victim had been wounded and is expected to recover. Sheriff Javier Salazar says Koenigstein had shot the victims in a failed drug deal. He's also charged with two counts of aggravated robbery.
