Bexar County Sheriff's Office officials are reporting that more than half of a cadet class have tested positive for the coronavirus. A BCSO spokesperson says a dispatcher taught the class on March 31st at a training facility in the southwest part of the county. The dispatcher later tested positive for the virus, and now 13 of the 20 cadets have tested positive for COVID-19 as well. The dispatcher had no symptoms the day of the class, but was sent home the same day after revealing that a family member was sick.
